Featuring an ancient olive tree and surrounding gardens, the terrace and canal-side dock of Villa Port Grimaud is a featured space on the property and one you’ll use everyday.
The canal-side terrace which is perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner and parties, with terrace seating for 12 as well as an under cover seated indoor-outdoor dining area also for 12 people, for those looking relax in the cool and shade.
There are 3 mooring available in a mooring space of 16m x 12,40m, 1 canal-side and 2 on the dock. Either one boat, or up to 3 boats are allowable within that mooring space. Boats are available for rent locally and ideal for a vacation, allowing you to take day trips up and down the coast, to Cannes in the east and Pampelonne Beach of Saint Tropez and beyond, to the West. Pull up to your dock after a day traveling to spots along the coast via boat instead of navigating the holiday car traffic, and step ashore to your waters-edge terrace for cool drinks and canapes. Perfect.
For the sunseeker, the roof sundeck is for you, featuring fitted sunbeds, large parasol and wonderful views over the canals and town.

Entertainment space
Blessed by afternoon shade, the terrace is perfect location for entertaining friends and family after being out all day on the water or at the beach. The terrace can be configured for large formal dinners, informal patio parties or intimate occasions, with guests arriving by car or boat.
Sundeck
For the sunseeker, the property is served by an Oak sundeck on the 2nd floor. With sunbeds for three, seating for four and a summer shower to cool off, the roof-deck receives all day sun and offers panoramic views over the town.
The roof sun-deck is served by a kitchenette in the office next to the deck, who’s refrigerator is stocked with cold drinks.
